Don't feel too bad. We've all done that. Except for me.
I now have a checklist for flaring tubing. 1. Put fitting on tubing. 2. Check that fitting is on the right way. 3. Flare tubing. 4 (optional) Cut flare off and start at 1. again.
At least you got practice on forming tubing. Looks good BTW.
