Got the fog lights rewired and installed. Driver side lens is a little foggy inside, so I might look for a replacement.
John, step back and look at the truck as a whole. Is a slightly foggy lens really detracting from the appearance of the truck? Don't make more work and expense for yourself. If you hadn't mentioned it, no one would notice. They look absolutely fine.
