I'd suggest drawing a dotted line from the lower left corner, parallel to the top and then giving the measurement from that line to the lower right corner. (Or continue the 12 1/2" line all the way to the right and measure down to the 3 3/4" line)

That way, nobody has to calculate those angles in order to re-create the entire piece.
