You'll be fine.

When I bought my Cadillac 25 years ago and started driving it to Florida for vacation, I carried every tool I owned and every spare part I thought I'd ever possibly need (fuel pump, water pump, belts, hoses, points, cap, rotor, etc)

I had over 100 lbs of crap in the trunk "just in case." I never once had to install any of the spare parts or fix the car on the roadside in thousands of miles of driving.

Your truck will be like new. You won't have any trouble.
