Be aware that it will probably require a little bit of modification in order to stay put. The elastic bands that snug it up around the bottom and sides isn't what it used to be.

I had my mom add some heavier duty "tie downs" to the seat back and bottom on mine. The strings that come attached to mine were pretty lame.
