Decided to add a rear view mirror in the cab and ordered one from The Filling Station. Drilled some holes in the header rail and trim piece. I didn't want to use the sheet metal screws that came with the mirror, so I replaced them with 10-32 machine screws and tapped the holes. I tried to mount the mirror post leaning towards the windshield, but I wasn't able to adjust the mirror high enough to see out the back window. Reversing it solved the problem. Now I'm thinking about a sun visor - at least for the driver's side.
