Mike, looks like you pretty well have it. If it were mine, with the tailgate removed I would place a chunk of 4X4 under the rolled top edge on the drivers side and another one about 18'" to 2' from it. Use an arbor press with a third block of wood right about where the second hole om the top edge is. The crown of the bozo. A b.f.h. would work but pushing with a press is much more controllable. Or not! It's usable as is.
