Just to be sure when I speak of pilot lights, I mean the built-in original one's on the 700. My contribution provides everything you want including original pilot lights.
Ken, I've already said it twice - the 700 had NO separate circuit for pilot lights, they're incorporated in the output to the left and right light circuits. With your schematic, which will indeed work to isolate the brake lights, the pilot lights will be steady whenever the signal lever is in left or right, since there will be no flasher upstream of the signal switch.
