I got the black version of Jerry's first link - agree that the chrome is just NOT appropriate - and I painted it the same color as the steering column.
I have a old 4 wire switch that came with the truck, but it used ugly mickey mouse turn signals mounted on top of the cab. Yuk! - Those went away first thing.
