Rusty Rod.......Thats a good idea, but the trouble is that I have tried turning with the alternator belt in the past, and I could never get the engine to turn that way. Not sure if there is room to get a big socket in front of the lower crank pully.
I guess I could also do a roll test cold and hot.......see if there is a major change in the resistance when I pop the clutch in 2nd gear when cold vs hot.
