First your charging voltage is too high. It should be about 14-14.5 That is not causing the problem unless it has damaged the battery. Did you put a load test on the battery? The rest of those readings were normal. Next take a good look at the cables. Some of the cheap after market cables have undersized wire in them. They should be 4 gauge at least. You didn't say what size engine you have. Often someone has put the low torque starter on the larger engine. The high torque starter can be identified by a spacer between the selinoid & the terms. that comes out of the motor. A 327-350 or 292 should have the high torque starter.
