Roy Rodgers.....No, I havent replaced the rotor/points/plugs in several years, and havent put many miles on the truck. But thats a good idea about the timing being off, or dwell incorrect.
I will replace the battery if it has a bad cell, and if it still has the same poor cranking issues when the engine is warm, I will go to the next tests.
