You have spent a lot of time and money on this engine already. Spend a little bit more money. Take your valves and the head to a reputable machine shop and let them set everything up for you. In my opinion, lapping valves should be relegated for $100 engines so that starving farmers can get the last bit of hay in the barn, not for a new engine build. Piece of mind is priceless. Carl
I'll do that, but really that's all this engine is. Lol Just valves, rings, and a couple seals.
