All right I just loosen the three studs on the front rocker shaft. And there is an awful lot of play side to side of that shaft. When it's time to put it back together how do you know that you have it aligned properly?

And the center studs that go through the top of the valve cover are not in a fixed position the stud turns and the nut on the stud turns. Again how do you know where stuff is supposed to be when you put it back together?

Operation worm can is making me nervous.

Yeah in case you guys can't tell I've never done this before on any engine.
