I may be tempting fate by saying this , but installation should be tinker toys. The only minor issue will be removing the sending unit from the (not very) old tank ; it is bedded in Permatex and will probably put up a bit of a fight. The gasket will be shot , but it should be easy to make one.
Then I’ll have to decide what to do with the old-ish tank ; aside from that one fault it is shiny and very nice. Washed out, even. Way too good to scrap.
