To clarify:
- I drilled a hole in my generic gas cap yesterday; venting at that point is no longer in question.
- The access to the bottom of the tank in a behind the seat installation is extremely limited.
I might be able to shove some absorbent material under the tank from the side; I’d have to be careful to avoid a situation in which I can’t retrieve it.
Old trucks are fun.
