I did point out that I was aware of another similar tank that had the same defect and same failure; the guy on the other end was not interested.
Tomorrow I’ll contact the eastern facility as he suggested and plead my case.
If I get no satisfaction I’ll ask to speak to a supervisor.
It would be senseless for Spectra to blow me off , but we’ll see.
