Yep, Wavesi, that is most certainly the same brand tank I have, Spectra. Broken flange aside, the tank is very good quality, otherwise.
I'm going to do a little googling to see if I can find out if this is a problem that's made it to the internet complaint department. I'm also going to see the problem affects other Spectra models or just AD trucks.
