Robert - Not sure if it may be of any help, but I've attached a PDF with a scan of a 1955 Passenger Car FAM wiring diagram for the 3 speed OD set up as well as a blown up version of the diagram in the 1955.2 Truck Shop manual, just in case they prove of some added help with your project.
