Right or wrong, HERE are photos of how I put mine back on usuing a jig I made. The hole is there to make room for the crank snout. I was talking to a guy at the salvage yard who was looking for a "HARMONICA balancer". He obviously has never posted in this thread. Haha! So that's what I call it when my buddies are around just to make the hair on the back of their necks stand up.
