Ok, I hve attached a pic of the setup...

I am using a 3/8" wide belt. with the 7" waterpump pulley and original harmonic balancer. I am using the standard Chevy Alternator with 3/8" pulley.

My thinking is to alter my old fan to work with the new bolt pattern as I cannot find the combination that would work correctly.

Anyone ever alter the old fan to work?
