I hope that Dave can write a tip for his method. No reason not to. He has shared it here already and everyone likes it. His method is cleaner and better for the reasons he describes.

Don't know if Langdons is in business and don't know if Dave's site sells them. The point is that members are buying parts that are wrong. If they don't search Stovebolt they don't know what's out there....or in here......or here within.

An Internet search on "216 235 water pump adapter" comes up with several sources for buying the plate.
