Suggestion regarding this situation was posted long ago in this thread.

I think that I would grit my teeth and try to drill it to the correct diameter (or, pay a machine shop to do).

That is, however, assuming that JC's hole-size is wrong (it is not listed, as I recall, but I forget the hole diameter and your needed diameter)?
I'd buy his blade, if it works; or, drill your blade if JC's will not work for you.
