Since Sears and K-Mart lost over 4 billion dollars this year and they are in very serious risk of total failure, I purchased the last 4 craftsman upper cabinets for my shop when they went on sale recently. My hope is someone else takes over the craftsman tool business and keeps the warranty in tact. With all that is happening in this country right now, it will be interesting to watch and see what happens. The word 'interesting' scares the HELL out of me.
