I just bought THIS TOOL. I did not buy it from Speedway but that picture shows it best. I got it on eBay instead and it's branded as Powerbuilt but I'm convinced it's the same tool with a different brand name. Anyway, I think it has a marvelous design and much better than the claw style. It works with 3/8" and 7/16" rocker studs and when you push the handle down it locks into place. THIS LINK shows my photobucket pics. I had to test it on a head that was off the block. Of course it depressed the valve with the spring since I had the head off. The tool is intended to be used with the head on the engine and air pressure in the cylinder to keep the valve closed.
