Building an overflow building, since trailers have been kicked out of main shop by truck projects. New shop too far to run extension cords, and didn't feel like fussing with generator. So bought a Makita 18V cordless sawzall. This is one tough tool, cuts through 6x6 post with no problem, and 2x4's like toothpicks with an aggressive blade. Batteries don't last too long, but only 30 min's to recharge and interchangeable w/impact wrench and drill. If you do framing work, make sure to get the one with the rafter hook, more useful than you would think. Very pleased.
