jomichael - I know what you're going through. I live in a golf community that doesn't totally understand. I feel the neighbors watching when I'm trying to get work done. But I try to keep the garage door shut whenever possible, so I don't see them watching.
And I'm working on the business plan for that other idea: self-storage garages with power, air and lights for each. Plus "rentable" lifts, paint booths, sanding cabinets, and expertise.
Anyone have some money they want to invest?!
