What if you sold the bays as condos? You could rebuild an engine in your condo living room right? Now, if that engine fell through the floor and killed the person below, who's fault would it be? Would the insurance agents no longer insure condos? Are there any lawyers on the stovebolt?
Just a different way of thinking about it. I'm sure it wouldn't fly, that is why I am still working for the "man".
