I was thinking that same thing (starting a real community) yesterday as I was going thru a bunch of old stuff. We could do a "retirement village" but it would be a retirement for our old trucks, not necessarily the drivers. Rather than a community center and pool, we could have a complete huge shop with a lift and a molasses dip!!
That would be cool.
And for those so inclinded ... we can make sure religious debates have room at the village chapel and a boxing rink for the political ones!
Kimberly may want room for horses (she's not the only one). Those guys can keep the grass cut!
