"Stovebolt Acres"
There are some of these equestrian sub-divisions springing up in our area. All the lots are 5 acres and they back up to a natural area that the horse riders have trails on. We also have a small town that has something similar except they all have airplanes, and an airport behind them.
We could have one with a Drag Strip
