RedGreen, I had the same idea! Maybe we should talk. In my research I found the hardest part of the idea is liability. What if some idiot burns down his garage and the garage next to him. We would have to make each individual carry liability insurance for the garage.
I love the idea of a gated stovebolt community, Though I don't think my wife would like it. Unless we could have horses.
Most of the ol' folks in my community actually support what I am doing and stop by regularly. They say "I had that truck in high school"!
