The insurance agents are the ones keeping my idea on paper right now. Oh yeah, and the couple million it would take to build the building.
Jomichael - How do those airplane communities or equestrian communities get past the insurance agents? Are there just as many ways to get hurt in the common area of one of those communities?
The other part of the idea was to have "memberships" with bylaws, etc (sorry, more rules, fumblin46) but it may help get things passed by the insurance agents.
