Welcome to the "Bolt"! You came into a very interesting and longer than usual thread with some great information.
I saw that "build your own intake" over on Inliners just last night as I was looking around and even though it isn't shiney and pretty, it is kind of an interesting piece of equipment, and very well done.
You got me hung one one comment - I don't think I have ever seen a Chevrolet 6 Ellis intake. I have seen a GMC 6 Ellis intake, and for some reason I thought Ellis was a GMC only intake. I'm probably wrong, but I figured this might be a good time to mention it and find out for sure!
