Curt, like ViejitosCC says, get the manifold first.I had to run Carter YF's on the Edelbrock on the 216 in my '50. The rear Rochester carb would not clear the firewall to fender brace. The YF, being a narrow carb with the float bowl out front, tucked in real nice. Topped off with a pair of original oil bath air cleaners.
