Nice work on the manifold Jaime. I've heard of guys using a MIG to weld cast, I guess it can be done.
Where'd you get that outlet, almost looks like a radiator hose outlet.

Bob,there was a kit you could buy back when that had this outlet,I found this one on ebay.It is/was commen to use a water neck to split a manifold but they are getting hard to find the right one with a 90 degree.The trick on welding cast is to pre heat the piece until red hot and turn your 220 mig all the way up.
