One of my neighbors used to complain almost daily.
He moved. I celebrated.
He is a drunk (literally) and more than once stopped and yelled incoherently. I've nothing against a little alcohol, but this guy is a six pack for breakfast type, and was a little difficult to talk to.
I've been doing most my work in the yard, but this year I hope to build a three stall shop.
