Been a slow year. Didn't go to my usual October gig, doing push starts for vintage fuel dragsters. They called, but I just couldn't make it. Sometimes, I come up with an idea or two, then need to make a decision on how to implement it. That's where I am with my cold air intake. I have two designs, the rectangular flat filter, or a conical K&N filter. I made a housing for both, the flat filter being the more complicated version. I think I might've settled on the K&N version, half sinking the housing in the top of the inner fender on the passenger side. Tubing and hoses from the Tuned Port, with the other half of the tubing and hoses up in the fender area. Plenty of room so I'm not worried about wheel travel being an issue. Run that tubing toward the grill, then drop the intake portion to the bottom of the grill. Hopefully, all out of sight. Time to get back at it!
