If you split the +12 and the IGN at the input to the fuse block, you can get 50A+ maxi fuses to protect each side independently. I think the housings I used were weatherpaks and it let me put 2 fuses in one weatherproof housing with a little cover.

If you are interested, I can pull my records and see what part numbers I used.

Looks like these are the fuse holders I used. I got them from Waytek but they are cheaper on Amazon right now:
