i used the crossmember and a-arms from the 1980 too so the swaybar holes were already in the lower arm.the 66 frame i have has the holes too.the swaybar will bolt on if you drill the six holes and use new frame brackets or cut the rivets and use the ones from the 1980.my front shocks have enough travel to allow the a-arms to bottom on a bad dip in the road.
