I have a 1965 chevy pickup and I am getting ready to start putting it back together and am fixing to buy some new coil springs. I want to lower it so is it safe to buy 3" springs for the front and 4" for the back or is that too much. I know that there is a cnotch kit out there but I don't want to go that route. Also, do I know I need some type of lowered shocks since it will be a few inches lower.
