Well, that's a race car, on a race track, driven by a driver securely strapped in place and being able to prepare for each turn in a vehicle designed for changes in ride height.On a street vehicle , well balanced handling is more important than speed through the corners I would think.But all things being equal,a lower height should handle better as you say.
