I don't know very much about lowering vehicles and the safety involed, but the guys I see driving around all lowered out are driving slowly all the time.That tells me there are driving safely or the vehicle has strange handling when pushed or simply can't handle the bumpy roads around here.
I would be concerned with maintaining some balance in the handling,like taking sudden evasive action and the back end gets suddenly loose, you go sideways off the road.
Be interesting to compare a stock and lowered vehicle at the limits on a race track.
