Thinking about the DIY route….
If you were going to fuse “everything” or nearly everything….would you set up one panel for “key on” and one for “constant power” stuff? Lots of ways to skin the cat I’m sure.
Yes, that is what I would do. Some stuff like lights, horn and blinkers should be un-switched (constant power) and others like a heater should be switched.
