Ok, this is what I wrote down, a combination of things from both posts.
* Cam Break-In
- Run motor at 2500rpm for 15-20 minutes
- Let motor cool
- Retorque heads to proper Spec's (65 ft lbs)
- Check for leaks
- Drain oil, inspect oil for metal shavings, and the same inside the oil filter.
* Rings
- Put truck in 1st gear, accelerate to 3000 RPM's and let the engine slow truck down most of the way. Repeat 5-10 times.
What about the rod bearings, and main bearing? Do these two break-ins take care of that? Thanks for the help guys,
