My '47 will run for a couple seconds after you turn the key off before it quits. Alan Horvath told me what's wrong with it, but I haven't fixed it yet.

Same as Houston...

Mine - the radio will blow fuses like timework. Once every month or so. Not really sure how frequently, I just keep a box of 15-blue fuses and a pair of needlenose pliers handy!

Turn the heater onto full blast will almost always result in a blown fuse. Can't figure that one out. It's a replacement motor for a 64-66 I think. Sometimes it'll run for 5 minutes or more before the fuse goes.. other times it's only seconds. It's been a while, but I think I also tried upping the amps on the fuse to no avail.

Ol' Blue has a habit of marking territory whenever and wherever I park the dang truck.

Now, I don't mind so much it there's a whole bunch of other trucks around, 'cause it ain't traceable, but in somebody's driveway.....well, I cain't duck that.

Just a spot or two, but itsl sure obvious.

Drivin' down a 2 lane country road in a stovebolt.....cowboy, it don't get no better than this!

mine has a swengali like power to make me spend money on it. i am normally very frugal but not with the truck, maybe i should have named her after a woman, not an antelope (oryx), personalised license plate. btw i don't have a woman. no pets no women no worries. RON

The glovebox door on my '65 doesn't always want to close the first time.

The driver side door has to be shut with the right amount of force to latch all the way.

My ashtray squeals like a banshee anytime I open it... I use it to keep change in.

My gas gauge is either full or wigglin' back and forth.

Guess I got problems.Old Yeller, chugs right along, and handles just as good as a new vehicle.Course a lot of people pull up and ask, what have you got in that thing. The 350 with headers and Flowmasters sounds really mean.

I have two trucks, a 49 and a 53. When I get to talking about selling the 53, it performs beautifully and the 49 which always runs well, acts up. Like fred T above, both trucks are idiot magnets!

My '57 GMC has had a dashlight problem as long as I've owned it. Sometimes they just won't work at all;sometimes they quit while I'm driving, and sometimes they work fine for months. Often,I can get them to work again by twisting the light switch knob back and forth a buncha times, sometimes that helps not a bit. I even replaced the switch twice, and replaced the wiring to the dash lights, but it made no difference. It's okay though,I'm used to it now.
Oh-it bends pushrods every time I wind it more than 4,200 rpm,but that doesn't happen any more, since I re-geared it.

My 52 GMC Driver window has to have a helping hand when lowering it.

Mine's always begging to be washed.

It also gets jealous when I take another vehicle.

my '68 C60's lights blink when you go over bumps, and the brake pedal has this strange habit of sinking to the floorboard without imparting any resistance to the forward momentum of the vehicle
