oil pump primed and engine ran 30 minutes at 2000 rpm. I`ll change the oil very soon but wanted to get
some road miles...maybe 20 miles or so at 45 mph does this seem like a good approach?
You need to do some wide open throttle acceleration / closed throttle deceleration at road speed to seat the piston rings.
