It's either getting a spark or it isn't. Have you at least put one of those spark plug lights on the end of the wire or checked for a spark at the top of the dizzy?
Those rudimentary tests will at least tell you if spark is getting to the wires or the plugs. If it is, you need to make sure timing is set to spec and that the voltage is high enough to fire.
