Tap, wiggle, spray, forget. Spray it every time you look at it looking back at you... then go back to Tap, wiggle, spray, forget.
Took me 3 weeks. Mine was frozen as tight as Uncle Pete's hatband. All of a sudden one day IT MOVED! Then it was wiggle, sray, wiggle, spray, forget.
Gotta give the penetrant all the time it needs. Now it works like brand new.
