I've got a 4 bolt 350 block in a pretty accessible place in the storage shed. I'll do a little investigating and see if it's feasible to drill a hole back there to make it possible to have a block-mounted PCV. Most casual observers wouldn't have enough savvy to spot a modification like that, and if they did, there are a few other, more obvious differences to look for.
