Couple questions Deve, you may have covered, but I didn't see it.
1) For you sheet metal parts, oil pan, valve cover, timing chain cover, side cover, etc. Did you have a step to check gasket surfaces with a long straightedge (I use one side of a big square) and true up if needed.
2) Did you decide against a twin pulley HB for a/c?
3) Did you have the machine shop balance the clutch assembly along with the crank?
